Wow I was wrong about the flying Kaiju. For some reason I got him mixed up. Well I guess the flying one is my favorite so far. There are so many others we haven't seen yet.

Like the Left and Right monster of the NECA pic that was shown a few months ago.

I don't know if this was discussed earlier on in the thread, but I was wondering how you as fans in general will feel after the release of this film, and the term "kaiju" becomes basically a houseold term, well at least a new term that will be known by most movie buffs. Sure some of us argue the literal japanese definition "strange beast" can apply to anything, others feel it should apply only to monsters in films of japanese origin. I am just wondering, are we going to be pleased that our term is now a part of the mass known cultural dictionary, or are we going to be angry & resentful at hearing ten year old kids use the term for everything out of context? I'm sure the truth will be somewhere in the middle, but I was just wondering what people were thinking.

I won't be bothered by it, except that even more people will be saying KAIJUS, instead of the plural Kaiju...Nobody knows how crazy that makes me.
