It doesn't matter if it's a monster or just extra bits, from this point forward all Toho MonsterArts get a US release. The same is true of the Dragonball Z Figuarts, where all new figures are exclusives but mass-release here. Our demand supersedes that of Japan and Bluefin's made the necessary deals to get those figures to us. Worrying about a theoretical effects set is unnecessary.
The only theoretical way a MonsterArts couldn't get a release here is if it was an event exclusive in Japan, and that's not likely when we are the ones that got an exclusive figure for SDCC and possibly will get another this year... OR it's a license that's unfriendly to release here. The only two being Toho for Godzilla and whoever controls Jackson Kong rights, that's currently not an issue.
The Godzilla/G-Force and MG/Garuda sets are an exception because that deal wasn't reached prior to the preorder period for the sets in Japan.
