Does anyone own this book or know anything more about it than the description on HLJ or Hobby Search?

http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10197641

I have it on back order and am thinking about cancelling the order, just wanted to see if I could find anymore info before deciding whether to cancel or not.

I like the cover, just don't know what's inside.
