So I just ordered the Universal Classic Monsters essential bluray box. Like pretty much everyone else on earth, I chose not to pay out the wazoo for the American set but instead ordered the much cheaper region free set from the UK.

But apparently I got an even better deal than expected. It was listed for only Â£27, but when I placed the order the total somehow came out to Â£22.50 plus Â£3.08 for shipping. That's just under $43 US shipped, all the way to Texas!!

And the confirmation email confirmed that it is the right product at that price. I don't know what happened but I like it! I do think I saw something about boxing day on the front page of amazon.co.uk... Does that have something to do with it?

DVD Ultraseven, Scaramouche, Return to Oz, two TCM 4-movie sets (the Cary Grant and Spencer Tracy collections), and season 2/part 1 of Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated.
