sure no problem sachiel. We fans help each other out. There are times when I miss something and someone else helps us all out. Just all working together here at Club Tokyo! :)

I do see what you mean and it does look like an underbite, The open mouths have the same foward reach out over the top jaw, much like the closed mouth. I wonder why, or are the jaws more movable in some way due to the joint on Ghidorah? We will have to see. Have to see also if it appears on other people's figures as well. Still love the eyes. Looks extremely cold and heartless. A true Monster Zero. :P

EDIT: Here are some new pics and from these pics, it appears the mouths are not underbite looking. So what was pointed out earlier may have been something with the way they moved those joints. *shrugs*

^ Thankgod! Thanks again for posting these pics Tim. It would be a bloody shame if the underbite was present on the figure as a QC issue. You know I've been searching online for japanese blogs like the ones you've posted but can't seem to find them. How are you searching for these Ghidorah reviews? Are you searching google using japanese characters?

I think Tim just keeps an eye on the various places where those reviews are most brought up, 4chan's /toy/, sites like Henshin Justice or JEFusion, things like that. Other people (especially those into multiple Japanese toylines) simply follow those review blogs and links to the latest ones as they come out.

Except for the two in-package shots above, those are just from Hobby Search's KG product page.

So far, it looks like I'm sticking with Amazon for my KG preorder. I amassed quite the nice gift card balance thanks to Bing, so I'm now at... $85 shipped. Even with the extra wait, I can't beat that.

yeah sachiel I have some places I check often. Mostly overseas stuff, so I do my research when I think something new may be popping up. I have gotten a couple of things before from some friends on Facebook and also I am friends with a couple of guys in Japan on Facebook. So sometimes if I need a translation of something that looks intriguing I try to get their help on it. Though I don't want to pester too often. LOL! I also have found things doing searches at random. Just glad to help out the fans. :) And others help us all out too.

Hey guys. Just a heads up. Got my invoice for SH Monsterarts King Ghidorah from Ami Ami. And by god it is a huge value....at $152. Shipping EMS alone is gonna cost me an arm and leg at $60 bucks. And yes savings are negligible at best even if you choose SAL being only a saving 5 bucks.

I guess I expect my copy of Ghidorah to arrive sometime next week. Will post my usual detailed photo review when I get it. :)

Picked him up today in Akihabara for only around $85-90 (there were buttloads of these already marked down from 10,290 yen (over $100) yen 8-)

Will post a review later after I up the box and mess around with it. However, I have to say this: The large box is completely ridiculous, over-indulgent and unnecessary (and please, save your breath...no argument is going to convince me otherwise on this point. The large box is just assinine).

For every really good out-of-the-box photo I've seen so far, there's always one that makes me cringe. Like this one...

Can the legs come closer than that? Hate those plastic stands too.
