And I definitely think that stylized figures add a lot of pop to a collection, helping it stand out from those that are made up of shelf after shelf of Bandais (not that there's anything wrong with those).

It's a really great kit. I can't remember the company's name. I have one more unbuilt one I'm looking forward to, but I got this guy complete off Yahoo Japan in 2006/07. He was REALLY cheap. I got him with a couple other Zillas. That was a nice haul.

Thanks for posting more pictures. That paint job works surprisingly well with that kit.

Got Little Godzilla in, amongst other things. He's okay. He needed a neck joint though.

Picked this up recently.

Not a particularly noteworthy figure, but it's just one of those really common ones that I wanted but havent gotten.

Dinosaur Tank from Ultraseven. I got him because hey, it's a friggin' dinosaur attached to a tank. You dont get much more "WTF AWESOME" than that,

New arrivals!

Picked up the 1974 Bandai Goji for about $15+shipping and am glad to have it. The Megalon is outstanding and the one variant I really wanted.

Seriously though, after getting my own I am just blown away by the size and sculpt detail present on this Gigabrain Ghidorah. Its my first Gigabrain and the largest of all my vinyl figures currently in my collection. After seeing the glorious photos of the gold version that most of you "hardcore" collectors have, I decided to get something different. I managed to hunt down this "black Super Festival" variant for $245 (not including shipping). Totally worth it in my opinion as you dont see too many of these online and for sale these days. I'll probably post a more in-depth review of this soon in the Gigabrain thread here at Clubtokyo.

So yeah I've jumped into collecting Gigabrains. Guess the next logical step will be Marmits! :P
