Resized, but I think you're wrong. Nowhere do we see the extensive rail system shown in Begins. We see the skyline as it is pictured above.

I'll eat crow if you can prove me wrong once it comes out on DVD. :D

I was looking for the monorail both times I saw TDKR and couldn't find it in any of the shots. Have never been able to spot is in TDK either.
