I don't care for Cook or any of the others Kain just mentioned, but I honestly wasn't offended by that joke at all. I daresay it was darkly humorous... but maybe that's because I agree with him. TDKR wasn't as good as I expected right at about that 25 minute mark.

Even if a lot of people didn't think the movie wasn't that great (I'm not one of them) I still think that was a little harsh. Not on a large scale, maybe, but enough to make me feel a little uncomfortable with it.

And to reiterate what Mouth said, a joke like that can be made funny depending on how it is delivered. In his defense, he did say "If none of that had happened" before he said it, but it was still pretty tasteless.

I think it would also help if we could see his delivery, since his comedy is also very reliant on his body language.

BTW, I listend to the joke, I'm not offended for what he was talking about it, I'm upset for how unfunny it was and the fact that he called the movie crap. If you are going to make a joke of a tragedy a week after it has happened, at least make the f'ing joke funny!!!
