In no particular order:

The Transformers (1984-1987)
Masters of The Universe (2002-2003)
The Inhumanoids
Thundercats (2011)
X-Men (1992-1997)
Batman TAS (1992-1997)
Justice League & JLU (2001-2006)
Flash Gordon (1979-1980)
Pirates of Dark Water (1991-1993)
War Planets (1998-2000)

Americanized Anime:

Star Blazers (1979-1984)
Battle of The Planets (1978-1985)
Voltron (1984-1985)
Robotech (1985)
Tranzor Z (1985)

I didn't wan to put straight anime on this list, I figured that one would be much different. Also, the original MOTU and Thundercats probably would have been in my top 10, but the newer versions in these cases was just so much better IMHO.
There are no more good TV Shows, only ones that haven't disappointed me yet.

Ugh, I can't believe I forgot about Venture Bros.

I'm also glad I chose to exclude anime...there'd probably be very little in the way of western animation in a top 10.
