There's some large Kingoji in a scene in Biollante.

There's also an episode in Ultraman Max directed by Shusuke Kaneko in which these kids are battling Bandai GMK Goji with a Bandai Gamera figure--I forget which. Probably Gamera 2.

Likely the most remembered scenes were of young Ken Yano playing with his Bullmarks in Godzilla vs. Hedorah.

Interesting thread. HAHA! The most I remember about figures in a Goji movie was from the "vs. Hedorah" film and how Hedorah ending up messing the figures up with pollution as it flew overhead.
