it would be nice if we all got back to the figures. Every time (I noticed a pattern) when something new is posted for figure news/pics by anyone then when the discussion is underway there comes the crop of a certain few who say "is anyone else sick and tired of...."

Really it just needs to stop. If you say it is less bothersome here, then don't make it more upbeat in things that would distract the thread. I am sure we can all appreciate each other's comments if we put ourselves in the other person's shoes. When we strive to find common ground and be cordial, then we have a better experience.

Really I am not so over the top, and I am frankly tired of my name trying to pop up like someone is being rabid about SH MAs. It needs to stop. I like the line a great deal, but I am not being forceful of my views or opinions. I am not forcing anything on anyone. I don't disrespect anyone either on the board. So really, let's chill the back and forth. It doesn't get anywhere. If you are disliking the amount of enthusiasm across several boards about this line, then it is like you want to slow down the fandom in a sense. When you have this much discussion and anticipation for the future, this helps Tamashii and the fans as a whole. Stop trying to build beaver dams. People who like Marmits, Bullmarks and other lines will continue to do so, and those have something to offer collectors. Just like glow in the dark kaiju figures and gashapons.

I've realized from this latest round of comments that so much of the complaining seems to have a lot less to do with ClubTokyo itself and more to do with the other places you guys visit, so it all amounts to coming to a different forum to let off steam (instead of directing your irritation to the source, which would be as productive as shouting at a brick wall based on your accounts, and I don't blame you). Maybe it's because you're outnumbered over there, or wish to avoid retribution, or whatever else it is, and however stupid things are or aren't over there, what kind of difference is going to be made here getting so mad about it? It doesn't matter how justified or unjustified you are in your accusations because you're not talking to anybody who's going to be able to change things.

You guys have fun with all this.

They're not worth it. Even at $57 I felt it was way too much just to get a hold of that Garuda.

Yeah. I might have gotten it for 30ish, but it feels weird to pay as much as the regular figures for what amounts to an add-on.
