You know, I just realized that after Astron appears, all the giant footage is pretty much entirely miniaturework. No compositing with the exception of putting the girls or the robots into a miniature shot! Friggin' sweer.

It debuted at number 3 and it dropped to number 7 last weekend. I'll post again when I can make sense of the numbers.

Anyway, only parts of the cut scene featuring the Ultra Brothers fighting Bat Seijin's monster army made it into the most recent Retsuden episode, unfortunately, amounting to only about three minutes of footage. On the bright side, it looks really cool. REALLY hoping this gets a director's cut.

Excellent, been looking forward to finally seeing this. Allow me to ask the usual question: will the release have subtitles, does anyone know? Unlikely unfortunately, seeing as the ULTRAMAN ZERO film didn't have them, and the fan reaction to the subtitles on ULTRA GALAXY LEGENDS was less than appreciative, for some reason...
