Received mine today and I think the subtitles for the extras are fixed. I only had a few minutes to check them out but they don't look like any of the screen shots people have provided. Were the giant subtitles throughout all the extras or only in specific places?

This is the serial number (I don't know what else to call it) that is on the replacement disc at the the 3 o'clock position and also on the spine of the sleeve. 63054-12-A
It's also located above the UPC Code on the sleeve.

I can also confirm that the subtitles for the movie are the corrected ones and that the Extras subtitles are now normal sized.

Mill Creek has done an outstanding job on customer service and therefore I'll be purchasing another copy as a gift for a friend who'll be glad to have it but wouldn't buy it for himself.

Really? Jesus, I'm going to have three copies of this movie when all is said and one. Guess I'll be taking over two of them to Second Spin (they buy stuff even with the cover missing).

I got my replacement in the mail on Thursday; watched it Friday. I think I found one, maybe two lines missing from the subs. The extras are fixed too. I looked at that serial number and I think it did match up; I can't remember right off hand. Obviously, it is the final replacement. Very happy with it.
