I'll have to hunt down that Zetton but I really want an Ultra Act of him.

I thought I was going to ease up on my Ultra-Act's, but the deal I got on these three was too sweet to pass up:

I also had this arrive today! :D

Well, it was actually a gift, but a real whopper of a gift.

For reference, I've been doing freelance networking, home theater, and PC repair for about three years now. Last year, my parents set about building an addition to their home, and I offered to help them on the wiring. They offered to pay me, and I stupidly said no... why can't I just be a greedy "OH GODZILLA! WHAT TERRIBLE LANGUAGE!"? They subsequently asked how much I was charging now, which has lead to something akin to the season seven "Cadillac" episodes of Seinfeld, where they really can't believe it... though not on that scale.
Anyway, fast forward to last month where they bought me a present as a thanks for the wiring and construction (unfortunately, I'm also something of a handyman) as well as the subsequent installation and programming of... everything.

Gift: the giant-ass RC Mechagodzilla! WOW! Now, this was that much cheaper one that popped up on ebay with defects, but still!
I asked the seller about the defects and was about to buy it after reading his response, but to my great dismay, the auction had ended! Apparently my dad saw the thing on my iPad and decided to do something really cool.

So, that's about the most amazing gift I've ever gotten... or payment... I like gift better!
On the downside, some of the home automation I still need to do for them involves Arduinos... so I guess if it was payment, I'll have worked for less than half of minimum wage when all of this is finished... I'm liking this thing less and less, now.

Anyway, couldn't be happier about it. Would've posted sooner, but I kinda want to do pics of it, first. It completes this little Mechagodzilla corner in the room and looks really great. Didn't plan to make a Mechagodzilla "display" like this, but it sorta just grew naturally. I have it separate on a side table next to the couch, so I can easily turn it on on and play!
Been a while since I could say my parents bought me a toy... still feels like it did when I was six!

My Mandarake orders came in this week! :D

Image

Image

Ultra-Act Zamsher, Astra, Darklops Zero and Henkei Ironhide are all from Mandarake, and I happened to grab the Constrictor figure at a Target today.

My Darklops army grows!
Image

Zamsher looks sweet too!

I'll take some better photos later. :)

Ladies and gentlmen...may I have your attention...

For almost as long as I've been a member of this board, I've been searching for my elusive holy grail...the Yujin Gamera set...that search is now over :D

It's shipping out to me tomorrow. I can't wait!

@ King Ghidorah: Congratz on getting your most desired of kaiju collectibles. :)

@ Gojira Prime: Zamsher is really nice. I just hate that they shortened that character a bit. Are you trying to make a Ultra-Act Darklops army for real though? Nice figure hauls! Glad to see another Marvel Legends fan like myself. :)

Off Topic I guess, but how is that Constrictor, Gojira Prime?
Been thinking about getting that figure.

@ Tim: Zamsher has some really nice details, but he does come up a bit short compared to some of the other Ultra's. I think he's suppose to be actually taller than Mebius.

Yes, I'm troop-building Darklops, but only if I can find the figure at relatively decent price. Those exclusives can get expensive! :D The one I bought with Astra was a pretty good deal.

And I'm a huge Marvel Legends collector. I'm so glad that Hasbro brought this back!

@ MekaGojira3k: If you're familiar with the ML Bullseye figure, you'll know Hasbro recycled that body for several ML figures including Constrictor, but it works for him.

Articulation is great, joints are tight and the paint apps are clean. The sculpt for the face has a lot of character too! I do recommend getting him. Now, I just need to track down the rest of the wave.

Update: Added a pic...

Back on topic...

Several more squadrons of jets and battalions of maser tanks have been deployed by the JSDF to stop the king of the monsters! :P

However, efforts are proving futile!

I need to stay off Mandarake as this is my second weapons/effects set that arrived today.

For a total of $19.43 they could have least put the MG on his arms. Only details
are the eyes and red circles on its head. Oh well, call me a sucker, still kinda neat. it'd be more fun if it was like $10

YAY !!!!!!!!! I got another cool 54 figure and under $30 with s/h
EXTRA SUPER COOL !!!!!!

I don't buy lots of toys, but there are certain things I look for every once in a while and this was a happy score for me, being a Metalder/TopGunder fan.
Bandai's Ultimate Solid: The Dark Heroes 2 gashapon series TOPGUNDER from Metalder.

My Ultra-Act Agul arrived over the weekend.

I'm very impressed with the sculpt and paint apps on Agul. I'll post a few more pics in the Ultra-Act thread shortly.

Not really a big deal, but I got the 2007 series Neronga figure today.

Image

Just like the Bemular re-sculpt, I now have one each of this figure from all three main releases (1994, 2000 and 2007). The 2000 version is packed away, so here it is with just the 1994 version.

@Legion

The colors really pop on the the 2007 Neronga compared to the other one you have pictured! Very nice!

Had a few more Ultra-Acts arrive yesterday...
