Also I just remembered, I have seen a release of Son Of Godzilla, released by (I believe) Hollywood Home Video. There may or may not be another release; I once saw one on Ebay but it was SOG on Beta, with a SOG VHS cover cropped to fit it. However I don't know if the tape itself was the Hollywood Home Video release.

Based on the vintage of the video releases and the nature of the companies involved, I'd be surprised if these weren't released on Beta:

RCA Columbia
- Mothra

VCI aka United Home Entertainment
- The Mysterians
- Varan the Unbelievable

These probably don't count as kaiju films, but I also suspect Video Gems released Beta versions of Gorath, The Last War and The Human Vapor. They were packaged in those oversized boxes that could be converted to Beta by switching out the tape holder insert and putting stickers over the VHS logo on the outside.

And let's face it, at least one or two of the many companies that released Godzilla vs. Megalon over the years must have put it out on Beta. Now that I think about it, the first copy I ever bought (either Goodtimes or Video Treasures, white box with a photo from Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla) was in an oversized box that looked designed to also hold a Beta tape.
