Well, after alot of arguing and using my charm, I finally got my girlfriend to translate and help me with ordering this directly from Gigabrain. Good news is that it can be ordered from my post office by wire transfer (called "furikomi" in Japan). The bad news is that unlike Marmit's website, they don't provide their furikomi/bank account information (:x)...instead, we are required to email Gigabrain directly (which my gf just did), and then they will email back with their furikomi information. So unless they email back super fast today, I don't think I can get this order in today before the post office/banks close

So I might have to wait until next year (ie next week :lol:

) to get the order in. The deadline says 1/31, but there's always risk of a sellout..... :calvin: :7sam:

By the way, lost in all this King Ghidorah excitement, they're re-releasing several figures with new paint schemes ("Super Festival" variants):

I really wish they would re-release some "matte" version of their G62 and G64 figures...their G65 matte figure looks freaking amazing.

It also appears that they're re-releasing their Hedorah figure, but it's not a new paint scheme (or at least it doesn't appear to be a new paint scheme...maybe Legion could clear this up).

While it's a fantastic figure and very tempting, I'm pretty much done with Hedorah (my regular Marmit MH Hedorahs are just fine), so I'll pass on it.

The order deadlines for all the above are January 9th.

Just finished my furikomi (bank transfer payment) to Gigabrain today for the King Ghidorah figure.....in March, it will be mine, , :turnbad: :evil:

It hasn't even been officially released yet, and we already have our first KG variant:

Super Festival 58

It looks like this variants heads are of a slightly different sculpt as well (the mouths are closed).

By the way, notice the GB Hedorah figure next to it in a regular plastic packaging as opposed to the big box it usually comes in

Hmm, that variant Ghidorah looks like it might be a glow version. And the closed mouths are interesting for a change.

Doesn't matter though, the regular gold version is deffinately still THE version to have & the one I'll be getting if I'm able to find a way to afford this thing...

While the collecting world awaits the release of GB Showa King Ghidorah (I haven't been so excited about a figure in quite some time :rockon:), I thought I'd pose this question to everyone:

What figure do yo want to see Gigabrain release next?

My answer is very obvious.... :eek:
