I assume they've ditched most of the material after they realized they were adapting Jack and the Beanstalk instead of Jack the Giant Killer - and have gone back to film the correct fairy tale.

I'm sure the traditional Anglo-folk cycle of the Jack Tales will be well represented by a film that is both scholarly and entertaining.
