Just from these early previews alone, I can tell that this is what I've wanted all along from these comics from the get go....just straight up Godzilla and Co. I really dig the concept of G: Legends (i.e. "stories which have been lost to time"), and the authors seem to genuinely like and appreciate Godzilla (as opposed to "I am a huge G fan because I once owned an imperial G figure when I was a kid"). I know some don't like the idea of "one shots/lack of continuity", but I think this is probably the best approach to take with a G comic.

Of course, it's still early and we have yet to read a single issue, but so far, things are looking *VERY* promising. I really hope G: Legends isn't the last of the Godzilla offshoots and IDW does a follow-up to it once its 5 issue run is over (or maybe continue it beyond 5 issues)...
