I ordered a figure from eBay, and after a week of waiting...I got the wrong figure. I bought the 2006 Nackle Seijin, and instead, I received Powered Jamila. Thankfully, I already worked it out with the guy who sent it, and not only is he sending the Nackle Seijin tomorrow, but he said I can keep Jamila. Which is good, cuz now he's started to grow on me. =P

So apparently my last buy was so good it threw off my karma, as today, my lastest buy is f***ing upsetting.

A while back, I used the middleman service Yokatta to buy a Bandai Showa Ghidorah from a Yahoo Japan auction. Ended up costing me like $110, as I need to pay for:

-the figure
-shipping to Yokatta (so they could inspect it, apparently)
-shipping to me
-a fee that would be their cut of the profit

So what did I receive today?

Snapped off horns and tail. Not to mention it was f***ing filthy as Hell.

I dont know what happened. Maybe whoever was "inspecting" it broke it and stuffed it in anyway, hoping no one would care? Maybe whoever delivered it was too rough with the package? Maybe the cold weather had something to do with it?

No matter what happened though, you can imagine how livid I was. $110 for a broken figure. Un-f***ing-believable.

BUT, I did manage to glue all the pieces back on. Not that it's any sort of consolation.

Maybe I can take a nail file to that and get the residue off...

At least its in one piece now...
