I think Man of Action, the group that created Ben 10 and more recently Generator Rex are big tokusatsu fans. Way Big even has a version of Ultraman's Specium Ray.

Check out Generator Rex sometime, I'm not certain but it seems to me that Man of Action have a few homages to Ultraman kaiju among the E.V.O.s that are seen. The green one you see at 1:18 in the clip in particular reminds me of an Ultra kaiju for some reason.
