There's a cool blog called Comic Twart (Twitter Art) where they post a theme for the week and a bunch of cartoonists reply with drawings. One theme was "giant monsters." Here's Godzilla by Chris Samnee.

Nothing to do with Godzilla or kaiju, but it is Toho-related, and easily one of the coolest pictures around if you ask me.

The blog Giant Monsters Attack has another upload of 're-imagined' Toho monster art, from the tokusatsu magazine Uchusen. This time around, the subject is "Varan the Unbelievable", although as you will see, the otherwise good illustrations doesn't do much in re-designing the title monster:

It's such a forgettable movie, but the suit looks FANTASTIC, and the score is pretty swell, too!
