According to the recent Legendary Pictures panel at SDDC there will be more upcoming news on the Godzilla project in the near future. After talking about Pacific Rim and Mass Effect, there had better be.

I'm kinda glad the monsters of Pacific Rim are merely Kong-sized and not Godzilla-sized, because otherwise there might be a lot of comparison between the two and I think is best Godzilla stands on its own.
