For those interested in an update on pricing...

The first few appearances have started with pre-order pricing for the first two figures in this line. I have two sites with prices that are in addition to Toyfreakz. Though I expect Toyfreakz to maybe adjust their price in the coming hours or next couple of days since the price points are becoming more defined.

At Amiami
Godzilla is 3,990 yen which translates to about $51.79 US dollars

AmiAmi has decent prices, but I wonder when HLJ will put their pre-orders up. The Ami Ami prices are actually what I expected for these things.

Pleased to report that there is another pre-order sell-out at Amiami on the Godzilla 94 figure. Mechagodzilla II is still available.

So all that is left right now is Toyfreakz.com and cdJapan just placed both Gojira and MG II on their pre-order listing. Well it appears Godzilla as a line is taking off with success so far at least as far as the Gojira figure. I guess the MG II will become more popular once they do a mini-stop motion movie on it at Tamashii.

EDIT: Well isn't this something. Doing a page refresh a moment ago, it showed that the Gojira figure is not sold out at Amiami. However a little while ago, it was showing "Temporary Sold Out" on the Gojira figure. I was checking other sites for info to see where else it may be new as a pre-order.
