My haul was limited...

Bandai Beryudora
CCP Jiras
A high grade Guilala figure I got from the Media Blasters table.

That's about it on the toy front as nothing really jumped out at me. "shrugs" sometimes sucks being old..I have SOOO many bandais...hard to find something new I really want..

Got these yesterday from a fellow member who's selling part of his collection (for a very reasonable price). I know I'd hate to have to part with these beauties, but I couldn't back away from taking them off his hands since he felt compelled to sell them off.

That's the '94 tag Red King release. And the Zigra figure was made by Nitto in 1971.

Here's a shot of the first part of my G-Fest haul... The Jiras is the B-Club reissue from 1998, the Jet Jaguar is an M-Ichigo reissue from 2008, and Yadokarin is a Hyper Hobby exclusive from 2001 — a collaboration between Marusan and Bullmark (supervised by Yuji Nishimura of M-Ichigo).

Picked up something I havent gotten in a long time; a Bandai Creations figure. This time, I got Mechagodzilla 1993.

For $7, I should've expected him to be in the shape that he was, especially when the seller said their kid played with it alot. But damn, he's a freakin' mess. It's almost depressing.

I plan on having this guy completely repainted, to give it a shinier, more metalic look to it, and to kinda give it a "new lease on life" if you will. lol.

But do you love it enough to shell out the dough for the SH MonsterArts? That is the real question.

Had one afternoon/evening in NYC last week (my first time ever to the city) and managed to make it down to Toy Tokyo. What an awesome store! It's the most high-end vinyl Godzilla toys for sale I've ever seen in one place outside of Japan. And they had TONS of Gigabrains. I was really really hoping to find the glow version of the Gigabrain '62, but despite having numerous color variations of that figure, the glow version was not in stock... But I didn't leave empty handed (like I was gonna leave wihtout buying something, they had TONS of awesome marmits, gigabrains, toygraphs, etc!). I found another color variant of the '62 sculpt that I just love! Didn't even know it existed. And, as usual, pics just do NOT do it justice, it really must be seen in person for the full effect...
