Yeah, Ultra Galaxy is a really good film to compare to Final Wars. Both seems intent on celebrating the entire franchises they represent. Both are colorful, flashy and feature tons of shout-outs to their respective series. I don't like the whole blue screen thing Ultra Galaxy does but everything else about it is a whole crapload of fun, is very respectful to the entire history of the Ultraman franchise and gives us a very cool, impressive "big bad" that you want to see more of.

Final Wars, on the other hand, was made by a guy who didn't even like Godzilla.

Thanks RB. You are a wise person. I think that, on occasion, people become targets when they don't function on the same page as others. This has for many years produced flame war after flame war on this and other boards when the mudslinging became too intense. It's sad to because in the midst of all the intensity, there has always been an interesting exchange of ideas, both good and bad, but nonetheless interesting. People should never be negatively criticised for these ideas because they do not conform to the thoughts of others. Every idea is valid.
