The "Ultra-Mechanics" World Thread

Postby Timz » Sun Mar 27, 2011 8:44 pm

Just a thread for those who may be interested in the new line launched by Bandai that focuses on the fighter craft in the various Ultra tv shows. The first release is the GUTS Wing 1 from Ultraman Tiga.

the follow-up releases will be the fighter craft from the GAIA Ultraman tv show (set for late June release).

So what do you all think about the new "mechanics" line that is large scale for collectors? :)

Timothy,
These are much larger and far more detailed than anything Bandai could manufacture for the mass market. I'm just pointing out that there are other companies out there issuing diecasts, and there are far more expensive (and larger) versions of these mecha out there, such as the kits released by Stealth/Jin Kobo, and the fully finished 1/1 prop-scale replicas from Hiruma Model Craft.
