So what did everyone think of Day of the Moon? I rather liked it. While it was kind of obvious in retrospect, I loved how the Doctor managed to defeat the Silence. I do think that it's a bit strange for the Doctor to basically set the human race out to murder the Silence, but I suppose they are bad guys, after all.

It was interesting and the shocker at the end hooked me on this series.

On a side note I started watching classic doctor who that's available for streaming on Netflix. So far I've watched

Carnival of Monsters with Jon Pertwee as the Doctor and it was really cool. I enjoyed the traditional effects and personally I wouldn't mind seeing the Drashig make an appearance again.

City of the Dead- This one features Tom Baker as the Doctor and his companion is the Timelady Romana, I haven't finished it yet but will do so tonight so far the episode has been really good.

Classic Doctor Who gives me a Dark Shadows vibe for some reason which is a good thing.
