Cody Rhodes has decent mic skills that make up for any speech problems, and Swagger is good enough in-ring that it doesn't really matter (but putting him in a storyline in SD vs. RAW 2011 was a bad idea!).
I'd be more worried about the talent that's severely lacking in charisma and mic skills, like Ted DiBiase Jr. His father had both in droves, but Jr needs someone to do the talking for him.
One spoiler for this week's Smackdown, as I've already read the results: Layla and McCool are going to have a match at Extreme Rules with the loser having to switch brands.
The problem with the Sin Cara move is that he was only around a short time and had appeared on both brands, so drafting him to Smackdown wasn't really necessary because I doubt most people knew which roster he was part of in the first place. (I didn't)
It seems to me, though, that Smackdown is too heel heavy. I actually hope this means either William Regal or Sheamus turn. Regal is great both ways, and I think Sheamus has the potential to be a great face if used properly.
