While I'm no big fan of Joe Johnston, blaming him for the failure of The Wolf Man hardly seems fair. When you you are handed a problem-ridden pile of dung at the 11th hour and asked to fix it, it would take nothing short of a miracle to turn it into a bouquet of roses. That POS was doomed from the start thanks to a lame script that should have been tossed and never had one sentence of it filmed. That movie's only saving grace was Rick Baker's outstanding re-working of the classic Jack Pierce make-up. And, oh yes, it benefitted from some nice photography, too. But that's about it.

I'm hoping for the best from Captain America, but I'm keeping my expectations low... for both it and Thor. Let's be honest, Brannagh's put out some crap in his career as well. Just keeping my fingers crossed.

I actually liked the new trailer, though the movie itself still doesn't look all that compelling... and the CGI skinny body didn't bother me that much honestly. We'll see how it looks in the final product.

God, I hope this movie is awesome, but I just don't see it being awesome from the trailers I've seen.
