A Nook color to help me with my resolution to read more.

I decided to go with a Nook because

1. It supports color
2. I can rent ebooks from the library
3. I might have a job selling the thing soon
4. I can take it to the store and get books and stuff
5. I can put PDFs and other things on it.

AMD Athlon II X3 445 Processor

ASRock M3A770DE AM3 Motherboard

Rosewill 630w 80 Plus Certified Power Supply

Kingston Hyper-X CAS Latency 7 DDR3 1333 RAM @ 1.65v

Western Digital Caviar Blue 7200rpm 16mb Cache 500gb HDD

Sony DVD-RW/CD-RW Combo Optical Drive

Rosewill Media Card Reader

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit OEM 1-Pack

Galaxy GeForce GTX 460 768mb

This is a new PC Build, and the first one to be exact. So far the total cost (without a case), is about $570. This is without rebates and coupons. With rebates and coupons, the total (remember without a case) is approximately $430 or $440. That's more than a $100 off. :D I have a few cases in mind, but am really indecisive at the moment. I think I might wait for either Newegg or TigerDirect to post up a really good deal or coupon for a case that I like. If this happens by this week, then I should have my new PC up and running by next week! :D

What do you plan on doing with your PC Destroyall? I personally would have gone with intel and I'm assuming you got 7GB of RAM?

Not that bad of a build though it could be a little better but given the price still pretty good.

Recent purchases for me include:

-Pokemon White

-Dragon Age 2 Signature Edition

-The Big Bang Theory Season 1

-The Big Bang Theory Season 2

-The Big Bang Theory Season 3 BD

-Dragon Age 2 Collectors Edition Guide

-Dragon Quest IX Guide

-Funny People BD

-Growns Ups BD

Some stuff was preorders.

Ya true, I did hear about that. I'm still not too sure on what I want to do with that. Maybe I'll go with Sandy Bridge if it comes in a great deal during this year's Black Friday sale. We'll see.

I think Intel will still continue to support 1366. We're still in the beginning of the year technically, and their 1366 replacement (2011 Socket) won't be here until the end of the year. Your processor is pretty fast as it is, you should be fine for years to come.

On the note of DDR memory, I had no idea DDR4 was coming in soon. That means prices on DDR3 could go up like they did with DDR2 when DDR3 came out. Some DDR2 memory can be much more expensive then DDR3 memory.

Sweet. Been dying to play it. IGN and Gameinformer gave the game a 9/10, which is really good and could possibly be this years new Call of Duty. :) I know I'd be happy with that.
