I contacted my local comic shop and, unfortunately, they won't be doing that special ("no way we're buying 500 copies" they said. :( )

The Kaiju World board game has been known about for a while now. There's a thread in the Toys forum. That's the first I've heard of Godzilla Stomp though.

oh wow, hadnt heard of the comic, but looks like more merchandise coming our way for 2012 than weve had since the post 98 era. You know I downloaded this iphone app for free download day called super mega worm. The monster you play as is called Wojira...of all things.
Im sure there will be some knockoff goji apps coming..if toho doesnt find a way to sue first.

I like how that board game groups Gigan in with the traditionally big-name monsters (Godzilla, Rodan and King Ghidorah).
