I have that same Seabozu figure, I really like it a lot! I own the Skydon and Jamila figures as well, they are great sculpts of the monsters. For some reason i've never cared for Bandai's standard Banila figure so I never bothered to get one. I have a small 4 inch Bandai Banila that I really like because the sculpt is more accurate.

So Legion, do you have the Aboras figure and if not are you planning on getting it to go with your Banila?

Was in my local Slackers today and saw the 1985 Imperial King Kong, so I got it. Just $10. Just for completist sakes, I ordered the 1985 Imperial Godzilla off of eBay for $9.90.

The best part about being dumped is not having to worry about splurging on retail therapy. These are January's acquisitions.
I've been wanting that X-Plus maquette for years.
Also, those reddish-brown figures change to red when they heat up.

I was so close to making the seller an offer on the Gyeron figure. Oh well. :D

I finally got my Bullmark Gyango figure today. Sweet-looking toy of one of my favorite Ultra monsters.

Also got the Bandai Jamila today.

I got Banila today. Since it was tagless I really thought this cheap-looking little toy was some sort of bootleg. It's all one red color with just a few quick dark sprays, the vinyl is soft and cheap and the thing reeks in a way that only some of my vintage toys do. That putrid but addicting old vinyl smell.

But it's definitely a legit toy, I pulled off the head and not only found the remnants of the tag holder but there's also a small sticker on the inside of the head dating the toy's pressing that Bandai puts on all their figures. This one came out in 1999! It's not even that old! Bandai was still putting out Banila figures that recently?

Love that Gigan!

Skydon and Dodongo finally arrived today. They're both beautiful figures. Neither one hardly has a scratch on it. And on top of that the tags are in beautiful shape for figures that are this old. Practically pristine.

Only probably is that the Skydon is warped a bit. Anyone know the best way to fix that?

I love the Gigan too! Man, I really want a Dodongo too.

As for warped Skydon I think he will probably straighten himself out eventually. A little heat may not hurt either.

Got my first order in the mail from Hobbylink Japan. Picked up the Kaiyodo Revoltech Baragon and Moguera figures on sale. Waiting for my second order to arrive. Ordered the Revoltech Rodan and Mothra also.

Got a couple new ones. Luckily they were in trade so I didn't spend anything.

There are no monsters cooler than the Gamera Showa ones and he is awesome.

I love this Gomess. Now if I could just find a Jiras for a reasonable price......
