The two remaining films are [as of this writing] in the docket for 2011, but that's as far as it goes. There were no precise release dates in mind when they made the decision in Spring 2010, other than marking them down as "TBA 2011". There are other details I can't discuss, and your negative speculations are not helpful, so until further official word is issued, this is much to do about nothing. I understand that after being burned by other companies' promises of release dates — but since Shout! has not officially announced ANY release dates for these two films, they are not breaking any "promises". Your negative thinking is giving me cause to stop posting, because there's nothing to be said until Shout! moves on the plans that they laid last Spring. Okay?

Now, concerning BDs, I have no idea. I haven't spoken to Shout! about this particular subject since July.

I'm a little worried, too. I remember hearing about Silver Kamen having a scheduled release date... and then look what happened to the folks holding the rights! Whoops!! I hope Shout! is in better economic condition than BCI. The loss of that tokusatsu title took the air out of a lot of people's balloons - including mine. (Although I remain hopeful that Mill Creek will snag it and release it here, like they have done with so many other titles in the sadly now defunct BCI library.)
