It looks like it might just be repainted to me. But I'm certainly no expert on this figure. I do know that I've seen a bootleg of it in person once, but it was obviously a bootleg as there were no company marks on it anywhere & the back fins were completely different from the real figure. (they looked more like the fins of the '68 or '73 suit, though they were quite generic).

What is this? It just looks like a repainted version of the Theater Exclusive G from the Kiryu movie. "Creative Appropriations"? Mint with box?

Sooooo an Ultimate Monsters Biollante? Maybe just an HG one? Someone is going to get ripped off for at least $46 but you should at least read and know that something fishy is going on. Even if he puts a pic of the Bandai standard release.
