I wanted to see it, but it was only playing at one theater and only one time that day... like 9:30pm. WOW! :(

I can't believe this was in and out of theaters in only 2 weeks.

Its hitting DVD/Blu-Ray November 9th. Given the awful box office performance, I can't say I'm surprised.

Holy crap.

Amazon must have got very overstocked on their Scott Pilgrim comics because all six volumes are priced $3.99 - $4.99 each.

PS- if you're going to amazon right now to buy them, also buy the Beasts of Burden: Animal Rites hardcover. Nothing to do with Scott Pilgrim, but you'll thank me later.

On November 1st, lucky people in the LA area will get to go to a screening of the film with Edgar Wright and creator Billy O'Malley doing a Q&A hosted by Guillermo del Toro. Is there a busier guy than Guillermo in the world? One wonders.

I can't recommend the Blu-Ray enough. The features are great and the movie holds up on repeat viewings. I feel like this movie is my generation's Big Trouble In Little China in that I feel like it is going to be that kitschy cult film that failed when it came out and goes on to have a rabid cult following.

Just like Big Trouble, the film A. Encompasses the last decade of film culture/sensibilities and pop culture, B. Failed when it came out, but the few who saw it GOT it and loved it, and C. It is BOUND to get huge via word of mouth, home video, TV, etc. This WILL be a cult classic, mark my words.

I just got done watching this for the first time...

I REALLY liked it a lot but if have a feeling that it's a bit shameful for me to do so because there were times when i felt: [sarcasm] oooh wow, these people know alot of early 90s pop-culture...that's HILARIOUS [/sarcasm]

and yet i still really enjoyed the times when i felt that way, because I know a lot of early 90s pop references...

My only other complaint, what was the point of setting the movie in Canada if NONE of the "Canadians" spoke like Canadians AT ALL????

THis movie grows on you throughout the viewing experience...I have a feeling that the next time I watch this I'm going to be absolutely in love
