If it doesn't have the original tag/box and isn't at least in C8 condition, I don't own it.

The Megalon tag has a tiny bit of sticker residue which my camera makes more apparent than it really is. The gold Toho sticker is on the backside of the tag, strangely enough. I don't know if they are all like this however.

I really wish Bandai did all of the Showa Godzilla characters in the eighties/early nineties.

You know the ol’ saying…all good things come to those who wait (and who can shell $90).

Just throw in a Mothra Larva and presto, you've got yourself a bonafided King Ghidorah-ass whoopin' force :7sam:

Finally, I have my favorite G suit figure in 8 inch scale.  :bouncy: :calvin:  :color: This GB figure is fantastic…absolutely hands down my favorite figure of the big G. Pictures do not do this guy justice (the shiny paint scheme, while beautiful, makes taking good pictures of it both awkward and difficult, even without the camera’s “flashâ€

Glad you finally got the version of Gigabrain's G-64, ebirahsmeg1. Personally I still prefer the glow version, but it's a fantastic figure regardless of the color scheme. And I agree, the face DOES kinda look like they were going for the "Ghidrah" look as opposed to the "Mothra" look, which is just fantastic. I always preferred the slightly modified face from this suit's second outing.

Got this a few weeks ago, the figure is the cleanest I've ever seen a 1992 Bandai Mothra Larva be. No noticable rubs at all.

ImageImage

Very clean toy, as well. Barely any real rubs, except for that the right elbow has is a little dented in.

ImageImage

Some paint rubs that are typical for this toy, but the tag is pristine.

ImageImage

You're jealous of my Minya! Great condition toy. My crappy camera made the tag look like it's dirty but it's actually in like-new condition.

I think my Minya is just as nice as yours, if not nicer.

Korean-issue Destoroyah. I forgot there were Japanese and Korean versions of this toy. Now I still need the Japanese version. :D

What an awful toy. Doesn't help that I dislike the Smog Monster. I mean, he's a walking pile of ****. For real. And this toy... one of Bandai's worst. I only have it because I want them all.

While I think that's an awful representation of Hedorah, I still kind of dig the way the toy looks.

My attachment to this toy is purely nostalgic and for a very long time it was my only Hedora figure. I still have the one I bought from Pony Toys in 1993, which has less silver paint on it than later issues. I kept it when I upgraded it a few years ago. It's tough to find this toy without paint smudges on the "nose".

so as I mentioned, i'll go ahead and post pics of the xplus mosu-goji...which is FANTASTIC. But before I do that...got a pretty decent deal

Image
Theater exclusives, and the crystal exclusive.

$120 shipped for all three. I don't really like the suit, nor do I really bother with the 6" scale that much...but I didn't have any of these three and for the price it was a pretty good deal. And of course, it allows me to post the following family photo

Image
I had forgotten how much smaller the memorial box figure is vs. the original sculpt.

But now here's the mosu-goji. The one I got was the store exclusive with the closed mouth. It also comes with the regular mouth, but for now I have the closed mouth, so that's what it has.

right now i'm tired from work so won't say much but needless to say this figure is spectacular and is easily my favorite of the entire line so far. maybe tomorrow i'll post pics of baragon. But the mosu-goji: hands down my favorite

Bio,

Do you not put up all four walls on your DETOLFs??? Interesting idea.

I have to agree it is my favorite of the 30cm line. This and the GMK 25cm are my holy grails at the moment.. Also what is the Godzilla holding the Hedorah Egg???

Also why all the hate on the tail??? Its in that position A LOT during the movie.
