^If Eric Powell is involved, even if it only an opening storyline or mini, I swear it will be good. This guy has created one of the coolest, most fun comic books published today - and his art is gorgeous.
In fact, if you enjoy monster smashing action then none of you have an excuse to have not read The Goon.

HOORAY! I have a reason to go to comic shops besides G-Fan and Halo comics! ^_^
I'm psyched for this, I loved the DH comics when I was in 4th/5th grade for being badass, and I loved the Marvel series when I found it for how much fun it was. And by Eric Powell? I, ladies and gentlemen, am a happy man today.
(I just don't know how I missed this...I spent the ENTIRE DAY at New York Comicon yesterday, walked past IDW's booth a couple times, and never noticed this...)
