Yep, but fair warning: in my opinion, neither Revenge of the Cybermen or Silver Nemesis are very good, nor very good Cybermen stories. I get more enjoyment out of my CD audios of Troughton/Cybermen stories like The Moonbase and The Wheel In Space (some surviving video which is available on the DVD "Lost In Time").

It's been a loonnngg time since I last saw Revenge, so maybe I'm being too hard on it. It will be nice to have all of Season 12 finally out. But it will probably be some time before I can bring myself to watch Nemesis again.

I'm sorry to bump this with rather old news but what do you think of this?

http://robojapan.blogspot.com/2010/07/j ... creen.html

I personally don't buy it.

I also started rewatching the reboot series again and I'm up to Disc 4 on Series 2 which includes:

The Impossible Planet
Satan Pit
Love and Monsters

I'm hoping to be done with in the next few weeks with the show and the specials so that I can start watching Series 5 when that comes out in about a month. Want to finish that off so I can get the Christmas special right away.

I'll probably start doing this once a year now watching the entire series as it's really worth watching over and over again.

"Vincent and the Doctor" was probably one of my favorite television works I've seen in a long time. I teared up a bit, to be honest.

I was just going to bump this with a question.

Does any one have suggestions for a decent reference book to Doctor Who that covers classic as well as current?

I'm looking to pick up the Visual Dictionary but that looks like it just covers the "reboot" series up to Series 5.

I don't think there's any single book that would fit that description. There's just too much to cover. For a basic overview up until the reboot there's the .
For more in-depth, there's stuff like the of books which covers everything about each season. Much of this can be found online though.
Stuff like the or and oh and the Discontinuity Guide is also in .

Finished the latest series last night. Loved every episode, though I think my favorite remains "Vincent and the Doctor." *So good.* <3
