Oh man, so many but I'll try to limit to my REALLY favorites...
Star Wars - The binary sunset. Never has one scene so perfectly captured the adolescent need to get away & go on adventure. Still gets me every time.
Star Wars - The TIE fighter attack on the escaoing Millennium Falcon.
The Empire Strikes Back - Yoda saving Luke's X-wing from the swamp.
The Empire Strikes Back - The entire Luke/Vader duel.
The Empire Strikes Back - The asteroid chase.
Lawrence of Arabia - crossing the desert & taking Aqaba
Seven Samurai - Kyuzo (i think that's his name) chases some bandits into the woods. The next morning he comes strolling in from the mist carrying their gun. He mutters "killed two" before turning in for some sleep, all to the amazement of his fellow samurai.
Raiders of the Lost Ark - The opening sequence with the gold idol.
Raiders of the Lost Ark - The truck chase to get the ark back.
Ghidrah the Three Headed Monster - pretty much any monster scene, but especially the final fight with all four monsters.
Godzilla (1954) - The beginning of his final raid with the electrical towers & the revelation of his breath.
The Mask of Zorro - When Zorro is trying to escape the Hacienda after stealing the map to the mines & ends up in a huge sword fight & winds up on a round table fighting off guys from all directions.
The Adventures of Robin Hood - When Errol Flynn & Basil Rathbone finally duel to the death.
The Rocketeer - The airshow rescue and ensuing first real flight of the Rocketeer.
Batman (1989) - The Batmobile screaming down the winding wooded road to the Batcave after rescuing Vicky Vale.
Close Encounters of the Third Kind - The Finale at Devil's Tower.
and so so many more like many of the ones mentioned already from films like Jason and the Argonauts, Casablanca, Jurassic Park, King Kong '33, and The Dark Knight.
