Dileep Rao (the Chemist) gives a very in depth interview about the film and what HE thinks it all means. I'm glad to finally see someone who agrees with me about the ending, better yet someone involved in the film. (SPOILER: I think the ending is real, most of my friends and the general consensus all seem to think its still a dream.)

Speaking of this guy, how lucky is he to have his first three films be directed by Sam Raimi (Drag Me To Hell), James Cameron (Avatar), and Chris Nolan? Talk about a great start.

Man I saw this last night and I still can't stop thinking about it. A great movie that keeps your mind thinking and thinking.

I'm still debating on if I believe it was real or not (i'm shying more towards real) because I can't figure out who would plant the idea in his head. But I think I figured out the simple idea that was planted. "Go home"

Man, I need to see this again Chris Nolan is amazing and man I can't wait for Batman 3.

I got the trailer for Devil as well and my theater had no reaction to it... my gf said she wanted to see it, but I think I'm going to wait for the bad reviews to start rolling in once it gets close. :lol:

I also agree with you guys on the ending. I like Alex's take on it especially. I was kinda thinking about that as well, though I'm unsure if Nolan actually had any real intention other than to provide plenty of room to find your own answer.

Were they laughing because of the director, or were they laughing at how it was called The Night Chronicles, then said his name...? Nobody laughed when I saw it today, and I wouldn't imagine the majority of the movie going public even cares enough about directors to make any connections (without Lucas or Spielberg being mentioned that is).

I think the movie ended in reality. I don't know why, it just felt different than everything else, and the spinning top looked like it was about to fall over, where as in the dreams it was spinning pretty consistent. Plus I just want to believe it had a happy ending.
