I got mine from my brother for $50. A pretty good deal I think.

Got these in today but too lazy to post individual pics, and I have to admit my pics are somewhat crappy. I blame it long hours at work and my obsession with NBA free agency

all in all great figures but the mothra larva is really fantastic. Great color scheme and excellent detail. The mouth mandibles move, like many other versions of this.

Minya looks somewhat odd and the jaw on mine is a bit warped. I'll have to try and fix it later.

again however my crappy pics don't do them too well. someone else who's getting them in, go ahead and post some pics so people can see how nice they are

Yes, the figures are expensive and they're not for everybody, but if you save up you can afford to buy at least 1 that you like, and i highly recommend you do so if anyone is on the fence.

anyway...off to sleep. exhausted.

Looks like leunames beat me to the pics. I got my X-Plus Minya & Mothra Larva in the mail today too. Both are nice but I wasn't thrilled about getting these too. I'm looking forward to the GMK & G'89 though I really wished they kept them in the 30cm scale.....
Here are pics of mine. X-Plus is getting lazy on the text on their boxes. They use to include the Japanese names of the monsters.

you guys need to browse the designer vinyl companies on club tokyo more! The big gold Ghidorah is indeed the Pilot Ace. I don't have one (someday...), but I saw it in person & it is amazing! The blue one is by Marusan if I'm not mistaken.

This will be the only comment I make about you and the X-Plus figures....as it is obvious that you have an agenda here. All of your post seems to read like a one man crusade to trash or dismiss these X-plus figures whenever you have a chance, so I feel the need to defend what you always tend to criticize.

I think it's awesome that X-plus is releasing Showa Godzilla figures and other Kaiju...they've made figures that don't get much attention like Bio-Goji and the 1961 Mothra...how often have you seen those figures made? Maybe you should cut them a little slack...

BTW - I've seen pretty good figures of Mothra, but Minya? Please enlighten me...are you referring to the Bandai and Y-MSF's figures of him?

This latest purchase is probably a bit boring/not interesting for veteran collectors as it is an older figure...but recently, Marmit released a new colored version of their MH Varan figure (I believe this color variation was just released last week at some "festival"...I've never seen this color scheme on Club Tokyo or anywhere online...but perhaps I'm wrong) I already had MH Varan, but I've been stuck with the pink-colored variation for years. While this figure in itself is fantastic, I always wanted a better color, and this guy was only 5000 Yen ($50). This new color scheme looks awesome in my opinion...it really screams "VARAN!". Sorry for the lousy photography and shadows...it really doesn't do the paint scheme justice (My Japanese apartment isn't that big either).

Also, I bought some more Godzilla T-shirts (I posted a pic of my GvsGigan T-shirt awhile back). I believe a company named "AlStyle" is making these...they are really beautiful T-shirts....especially the Mothra vs G T-shirt.
