One last time, because people keep clouding the issue, DESTROY ALL PLANETS is not a Public Domain title. The records are available to the public and are available from the Library of Congress. Kadokawa and Mr. Ray don't have to show us their "paperwork", but anyone can look up the status of the film in the LOC. And it doesn't require a lawyer.
