I hope I don't get this. I made my reservation way back in March, so hopefully not. Ugh, the prospect of a convention center and the fest moving into that new space is exciting. But with great change comes a lot of kinks in how smoothly everything runs. :/

Two more called to the Rosemont and two more voicemails. I even had it out with the manager.....twice. I am just giving up and booking at the Double Tree and hoping my credit card isn't charged twice.
Has anyone who booked through the website had any of these problems? They swear I'm not in their system yet I have a confirmation number.
