I'm really frightened until I see this amazing "new direction" and it isn't a horrible idea... like the one that guy commented on the page.

I hope to god joe Johnston doesn't direct a 4th one. JP3 was a terrible film. It was the GINO of the JP franchise. I'd admit though that I would like to see the dinosaurs taken to the mainland permanently. Druglords catch some of the dinosaurs for prestigious guard dogs and they get loose in the south american jungle, escape and start breeding.

I liked JPIII, I didn't care for the second one. I'm on the same page as Bryan, what is this "new direction"? I particularly did not enjoy seeing dinosaurs in the city, it didn't work for me.

Make an over the top Dinosaurs For Hire movie and I'll be there opening night. But call it "Jurassic Park IV" and I will never watch it.

The Lost World: Jurassic Park is awesome, by the way.

Dino Riders would indeed be awesome!!!

And Jelly..as respectful as I can be to the late Mr. Crichton...your complaints with the book are pretty much the same complaints that could be applied to any of his books...the guy had some awesome ideas...but he's a little too much of a scientist at times as opposed to a story teller. His books are full of pages of dry data that don't really do much to move the story along...some people may dig that but I started to get tired of it really fast.
