Yes, Jared is correct, Max and Xenon are shown on the back of the chirashi. Actually, this is really cool timing; I went out and bought a scanner/printer today, and on the way back I checked out the Warners cinema next to my new place and found the Ultra Galaxy chirashi.

Once I've got the thing setup I'll try and scan in the bit with Max/Xenon.

Was Mebius really that well recieved to garner all of this attention in other movies?...I always thought that he was kinda lame myself...Max seems alot cooler to me and it'd be nice to see Nexus or Ultraseven X too
