Well, I won't bother seeing it (why TV, when you have VHS?) but I question your odd obsession if you can't even look at the title without concocting a way to bash it. :lol:

I mean, I have that with Megalon, but DYAMN if that don't deserve it!

Well, in general it seems most people (too many to name, although just look around on polls) consider it at least in the top three Heisei movies. I guess that means I'm missing something, but it just seems very...blah. Not bad, certainly better scriptually than GvsKG and better action-wise than GvsM'92, but it just seems depressingly wishy-washy and just...there in the most bland sense of the word. I wish the whole movie had been able to carry the momentum of the title sequence (that shot of the huge MG dock, the classically 'Heisei' hologram logo, the amazing Ifukube score), but as soon as dino boy shows up, it all goes downhill for me. :lol:

Cy, seriously, dude. The anti-GvsMG'93 stuff is wearing thin and here's why.

You can explain all you like. You don't like it. Fine. But you know what? I absolutely detest GMK. Everyone in the world thinks that movie is the best thing that ever happened to Godzilla. I, on the other hand, think that it's only better than "Godzilla Raids Again" and the others are far superior. However, you don't see me going around talking about how much I dislike GMK.

So, how's about you call it quits, hmm? We get it. You don't like GvsMG'93. Let's move on to something else now.

Anti-GvsMG stuff?

How in any way do I badmouth it to imply "anti-" anything? I just think it's average. That's not "anti". I was just having a discussion over why I don't think it's the timeless classic a lot of people say it is. Everything here is opinion; learn not to take it so seriously.

Well, we are here to discuss these movies. There's a difference between critiquing and bashing a movie. Besides, in cases such as these I was making a (obviously misunderstood) joke to begin with. You guys are making way too big a deal about this. Can we get back on-topic, please?
