Dang man, got some time on your hands or what?

I think it's (when the writing actually merits it) a sound tactic to present perceived contradictions from a body of information into the fray, I just don't think that this is really that kind of text at all.

Actually it could be argued that one has to view the entire body as a whole to get the full meaning requisite in the information. And yeah, I think that this is the case here. The webpage doesn't really require a witch-hunt for sentences and passages that seemingly contradict each other when taken out of context and the obvious framework which they were presented in. Note the style of writing man! This guy is giving us an adventure story/journal!! His accounts, by their very purpose, may cause readers to doubt his grasp on reality, and maybe rightfully so. But it just aint an itinerary for the corporate spending his company dishes out every fiscal year or some such that he's presenting! That would require a once-over or two! Not this.

It's all context. For example:

This guy's is CERTAINLY no Fredrick Nietzsche, but to benefit most from Nietzsche's voluminous and information dense work, you have to read the particular given book and then judge it as a whole. Contradictions are, at times, inherent in Nietzsche's work, but do not negate his philosophical treatises as a whole. Axioms are great, but you have to consider all of the axioms together to get the big picture in which they are interwoven, man! Language, as a construction, can only be effective in conveying meaning according to the limitations inherent in language. One needs to realize that this is best served objectively and in a connectionist regard when casting the critical eye... otherwise we err.

But it's not even that, you already subjectively assume that this dude is a crackpot and ergo, must have nothing sound to contribute, even though you share common motivations (i.e., a love for GODZILLA). Maybe that's why he's so repulsive: he becomes a mirror of our own nativity and hopes and dreams and casts a certain light on our affiliations. I dunno...

So now I'm going to go re-read his page so I can get Tomiyama's work address for myself... thinking of sending him a Christmas card. Hope I don't ruin the fandom! :lmfao:

Oh one more thing, you said that "We'll have to take his word for this because we don't even have an idea what the story is about!"

I'm thinking that he doesn't want anyone to rip off his story idea.

Aha! But it seems that you're a self-proclaimed sophist so none of this really matters to you one way or another does it?!? :P

To get the high of being hotzhit as people go to your page, I guess. It must feel pretty good drawing folks in... trying to build interest. It's like a viable substitute for, by all practical purposes, fame (that seems to be the ultimate end in western culture: to be celebrated). I could see it really affecting his day after he checks to see how many visitors he's getting. I wouldn't be surprised if he keeps up with it daily unless he's suffered too much of a drop in interest, in which case he's probably found more immediate gratifications to distract himself from himself, maybe some dim girl (or boy!) that buys his line that he's the next Orson Wells, or some such

Still, what interests me the most is the duration of his labors. 10 some-odd years is a decent spell to be pushing for something that's not really there. He even went through the tedium of putting a webpage together for it.

But yeah, again, we have to take his word on every bit of this.

SSSooo over the top.

DEFIANTLY a conspiracy, though. This just proves that Jacko is NOT dead, but rather actually running Bandai Creation now after having quietly married the CEO's daughter in June (5th Wave, anyone?), all the while living in a death star shaped orbital facility (it's only 3/4 the size of the actual death star, MAN!!! Gee.) that he's been able to finance by funneling the money in from all the product placement and ads that McDonald's has been running during the coverage of his so-called "death" (he gets, like 5% off the top).

You see, Michael IS Ronald McDonald. Always has been. Tito is Grimace, LaToya showed up in one of those "2 all beef patties, 'special' sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun" commercials back in '84 AND had a bit part as military button pusher in the control room in the Americanized Godzilla 1984 scenes (she was right behind Raymond Burr in the "wonder lizard is down for the count" scene, kind of hard to see her).

The "legendary stunning and brilliant SuperShadow" mega-maze of a page reads like a stinkin tabloid. :puke:

This guys stinks of an ether binge!!

Hunter would have either been proud in a very fatherly way with this dude or shot him and left him in the desert for the buzzards and coyotes to pick clean. :peace:

Just too good to let go unnoticed!

>Having traveled to Japan 80 times from Boston, MA, USA with over 2.7 Million miles as a Lifetime Sapphire Member with The One World Alliance, Mr. Colosi maintains countless years of computer programming, radio, media, market research and journalism experience integrating both English and Japanese.

Had he only traveled to Japan 79 times I wouldn't have been impressed.

I like this sentence because it starts with his traveling to Japan and ends with his work experience. "Countless years"... Just how old IS this guy?

> http://www.shado-x.com ... maintaining the site for over 15 years...

Since it was a GeoCities account...

>...with business news and information, merchandise sales, and advertising in fields emphasizing science, the arts, and business analysis by constructing mathematical theory with successive growth.

I would comment on the last part but since I don't have the degree this guy has, as he points out on his website, I can't understand. I can only stare in amazement.

>The current extension of SHADO CONTROL is the business plan push of KKXG: KING KONG VS GIGANTOSAURUS, after receiving very important blessings for it to succeed.

It received VERY IMPORTANT blessings... since it's not stated, I guess he means his mom.

> Eight (8) different screenplay versions exist and currently six (6) of them...

Not sure this is something you'd want to make public knowledge.

>... including the original, KKXG: KING KONG VS GODZILLA, have been submitted to a representative agent.

Either the post office is taking forever to deliver these to a "representative agent" or... no... couldn't be! Could it be that no one is touching it?

>2006 Prima Facie US Registered Copyright: PAu003075664.

A number! Impressive!

>Please enjoy every part of it.

I will only enjoy the naughty parts...
