I'm talking about promo (I think) posters.

This would look amazing in anyone Godzilla fan's room. Is it even possible to buy one?

Well that was the teaser poster for GMK, so I'm assuming you could buy it if you really wanted it. From who i don't know. I also don't know if it's possible to buy one with the English text like that.

Try checking out local poster stores in your neighborhood. I bought a Godzilla KOTM poster a year ago. In Seattle there's a store in the Pike Place Market that sells magazine sized posters, or larger if you would like, of a lot of Showa Godzilla movies.

If you're lucky, you can make your own Godzilla movie posters!

I was lucky to get a Toho Godzilla/Tokusatsu chirashi (leaflet) collection, which had all movie posters up to Terror of Mechagodzilla, with other movies in between. (This was put out by Toho in 1983 or 1984.) I got it as a Christmas present from a friend who works at Borders! One of my most cherished collections.

If you have this set, just scan each poster in the highest res possible, save 'em in either PNG or TIFF format, and take those bad boys over to Kinko's in a thumb drive to print them out!

(The G54 Japanese movie poster I already have in my room, from the Godzilla Origins collection, might have been made the same way.)
