For those who haven't seen the movie,yet are complaining of racism,Skids and Mudflap can't read the symbols because they're an ancient language no longer in use. Wheelie can't read them either. OMG SO RACIST!!!
I think there's two different sets of Constructicons,vehicles that become seperate robots,and vehicles that make Devastator. That's why they're in two places at once (too often for it to be a gaffe),that's why the Rampage menacing the Witwickys' is red but the bulldozer on Devastator is yellow,and that explains why the toy Constructicons don't combine,and toy Devastator only splits into vehicles.

In the 90's comics,the Fallen was the first evil Transformer. Granted,he's a fairly obscure character as far as the mainstream public is concerned,but he's not just made up for this movie.
BTW,I think Fallen looked cooler in the comics,but I liked everyone else's look. The ice cream truck was hillarious.
