I saw the matinee. It was alright. Entertaining.
Better than 3. I liked all the robots and such, but
it seemed odd that they were able to hide from the
machines since they were seemingly out in the
open.

When you watch the Terminator movies you know they are robots or cybernetic organisms whatever way you want to put it by the way the actors walked. Yes they blended in with humans because of the new living tissue and skin rather than the rubber skin that Kyle Reese refers to in the original movie.

When I say more advanced I mean there is no god damn way you can tell Marcus is a cyborg until hes cut open. He walks human, talks human, thinks human and can take a ton of damage. How is that not more advanced? You build an army of Marcus and they will completely infiltrate the resistance and then just when the Resistance thinks they have the upper hand they are all dead.

Just got back from seeing this...wow....Wolverine all over again...great preformances...but a crappy script bogged this movie down into the deepest part of the cinematic abyss for me. Can't really recommend any thing more than a rent for this.

Considering this timeline cannot be changed, Killing Kyle would create a different timeline where there would be no John Connor but not effect the current timeline in the film... But yet the movie seems to portray it as one timeline as opposed to different realities.. John seems paranoid that if Kyle dies, he dies... but he wouldn't at least not in his timeline.... AHHHH
